Dr. Brian Day, orthopedic surgeon, former president of the Canadian Medical Association and founder of Cambie Surgery Centre, returns to Coastal Front to sit down with Andrew Johns for a blunt conversation about rationed care, runaway bureaucracy and his 30-year fight to put patients first.
